The brief was a kitchen that would hold its own against the original cornicing and joinery without tipping into pastiche. We templated around existing cabinetry, then cut Eternal Statuario so the strongest veins gather around the island — the piece you see first from the hallway.
Fitting took a single day: two runs, an island, and a full-height splashback behind the range, all scribed tight to walls that had not been straight since 1897.
