Privacy policy · Updated 13 September 2026

How we look after your details.

We collect only what we need to quote for and fit your worktop, and we never sell it. This page explains what we hold, why, and your rights.

Who we are

Nobile Stone Ltd (company number 17373872, registered in England and Wales), Unit 9, Heston Industrial Mall, Church Road, Hounslow TW5 0LD, is the data controller for this website. Questions about your data: studio@nobilestone.co.uk or 07585 166034.

What we collect

Why we use it

Photographs you upload are used only to estimate your worktop. Our instant-estimate and chat tools use an automated image-reading service to help measure and identify surfaces; the image is processed for that purpose and kept with your enquiry. We do not use your photographs in marketing without your written permission.

We do not send marketing emails or texts unless you have asked us to, and you can stop them at any time by replying “stop”.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the site and respond to you: our hosting provider (Vercel), our transactional email provider (Resend), the automated image-reading service behind our estimating tools, and — if you message us on WhatsApp — Meta, under its own terms. Each acts on our instructions. We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become an order are deleted after 24 months. If you become a customer, we keep your quote, order, warranty and payment records for six years after installation, as required for tax and to honour your warranty.

Cookies and local storage

We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The site stores small amounts of information in your browser — for example a draft of your quote form or your chat with the advisor — so you do not lose your place. That data stays on your device. If we introduce analytics, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email studio@nobilestone.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy here, with the date at the top. This version is dated 13 September 2026.
